1. The event will be covered by 1 or 2 camera operators (each service). The approximate coverage period will be up to 10 hours, including travel between the several locations and meal interval. After this time, each additional hour has an extra cost. *

2. Client should instruct Pixel about specific situation/persons and/or scenes that wish to be registered. Otherwise, the image collection shall be done according to Pixel's criteria. Client authorizes Pixel to film them as well as all the guests and use the footage in the wedding videos/photos. *

3. Client undertakes to provide a reasonable meal to the camera operators, preferably at the same time that the meal is served to the guests. If it is served at another time, Pixel does not guarantee the capture of images of potential moments that occur simultaneously. *

4. There is no guarantee that every single person will be registered. *

5. The quality of the footage is always influenced by external conditions such as venue/church rules, lighting, acoustics, restricted locations, etc. Pixel is not liable for images compromised by causes beyond its control namely schedule constrains, guests standing in front of the camera, etc. *

6. In unlikely cases such as sudden illness, accidents, God's acts, or any other legitimate condition beyond Pixel's control, Pixel will make every effort to secure a substitute camera operator. In the case that it is not possible at all, all payment made will be refunded to the Client. *

1. The final work will be shared online. Films in Full HD or 4k format, and photos in a web gallery that stays online for ap. 12 months.. *

2. The approximate lenght of the videos are 2-3 min for the conceptual film and 10-15 min for the long version. However, these times are merely indicative. It is Pixel's discretion to reduce or extend its duration depending on several factors and editing criteria. *

3. The deadline for the work delivery will be up to 9 months after the wedding. There is a possibility of reduce this time by paying an urgency fee. *

4. Pixel share vows and speeches raw footage free of charge. The complete raw footage could be available on an external disk, upon prior request, for an additional value. The raw footage is in a log color profile (neutral color). *

5. After the work delivery and having the Client’s feedback (max 2 weeks after delivery), Client is responsible for protecting and archiving the same. From this point onwards Pixel is no longer accountable for storing the footage. *

6. Pixel reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes, as in social media, website, etc. Pixel shall never use images with negative connotations. *

7. Pixel doesn’t owe any music copywrights, except when previously agreed with the Client, for a specific fee. The musics used in the final videos are not exclusive of the Client, as Pixel reserves the right to use them in other videos, if it seems appropriate. *

8. Client is able to choose the music(s) for the videos, if this is done until the wedding day. If nothing is referred regarding the musics, its choice will be Pixel's, not being subject of replacement after delivering. *

9. All the delivered films are Pixel’s intelectual property. Client agrees to respect Pixel's creative vision in filming and editing processes. Client agrees not to make ou permit any changes in the final videos, such as removing or adding material, when exposed in social media or publicaly, in any way. *

10. Pixel commits itself to use all its experience and skills to achieve a satisfactory result for the client. Filmaking, as an art, is always subjective therefore final result should always be regarded accordingly. Pixel decides the direction in the edition of the films. However, all the inputs given previously by the Client will be taken into account as long as they fit Pixel's creative philosophy. *

11. Pixel commits to make a backup of the footage immediately after the event, and keep it until the work is delivered and approved. If, by any chance, the original footage is lost or destroyed before making a backup copy, Pixel undertakes to reimburse the entire payment to the Client. *

1. 25% must be paid when adjucating the services. This value is not refundable in case of cancellation or postponement of the event, except in exceptional situations *

2. 80% must be settled until the day before the event. The remaining 20% will be paid when the work is delivered . The previously agreed logistic costs must be paid in full until the day before the event. *
